Eligibility Criteria:

Associate System Engineer:

• BE / BTech Computer Science (all CS batches like CSE, AIML , DS , Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS , IOT , Robotics, AI , Cyber Security, Blockchain, to name a few) or Information Technology with 6 CGPA/60%.
• Year of Pass out 2026
• Fluent Communication skills (written and spoken).
• Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
• Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
• No active backlogs. This is an entry-level on-campus hiring position, and the candidates must be in their final year of education and must obtain their degree before the start of employment with IBM.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience:

• Engineering Background, Problem Solving.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should be flexible to work from anywhere in India.
